2 quarts ground pears
9 bell peppers
1 red pepper
6 jalapeno peppers
6 medium onions
1 can pimientos
1/2 cup salt
4 cups sugar
8 Tbs. flour
4 Tbs. ground mustard
1 Tbs. turmeric
1 1/2 quarts apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Grind all pears, peppers and onions.
Pour the salt over the mixture and let stand for 1 hour.
Drain off all juices.
Sift dry ingredients and stir in cold vinegar.
Bring vinegar mixture to a boil and when thickened add ground pear mixture and cut up pimientos.
Boil 5 minutes.
Bottle in sterile jars while hot and seal.
