1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups flour
2 cup sugar
3 cups grated carrots
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 t. salt
4 eggs
2 t. baking soda
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
Icing
2 1/2 cups powered sugar
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
2 t. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, flour, sugar, carrots, 1/2 cup nuts, salt, eggs, soda and cinnamon. Bake in jelly roll pan at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
Mix ingredients for icing. Spread on cooled bars.
