4 c cooked Turkey cubed
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Chicken Broth or broth from your Turkey
1 sm Onion, chopped
1 Green Pepper, chopped
1 (12oz) pkg Spaghetti
1 c grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 c Parmesan Cheese
1 tbsp Butter

Directions:
Directions:
SautÚ onion and green peppers in butter until onion is translucent. Add mushroom soup, chicken or turkey broth and cubed turkey. Cook slowly until heated thoroughly. Cook spaghetti until tender. Layer spaghetti, sauce, Parmesan cheese, Sharp cheese until you reach the top of the dish. Make the last layer the two cheese layers. Bake about 30-35 minutes at 350║ until slightly firm. Cool for 10 minutes before serving. Serves 8-10 people.
