1 egg
30 ml (2 tbsp.) milk or water
4 slices bread
prepared mustard (optional)
2 slices swiss cheese
4 slices ham-flavored turkey

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg and milk together in a shallow dish. Spread 2 slices of bread with mustard if desired. Assemble sandwiches with cheese between 2 slices of ham-flavored turkey. Dip sandwiches into egg mixture turning to coat both sides. Place sandwiches on hot lightly greased griddle or on preheated microwave oven browner. Cook until browned and turn and brown the other side. If using microwave oven browner cook first side 2 min on high and turn sandwich over and cook 1 min longer.
