2 pkg. (12 oz.) Johnsonville original breakfast sausage links
9 eggs
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 pkg. (20 oz.) refrigerated shredded hash browns
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. diced red pepper
1/3 c. thinly sliced green onion
2 c. salsa or picante sauce optional

Directions:
Directions:
Place sausage on a 15 x 10 inch baking pan and bake at 375º for 15 to 20 minutes or until sausage is no longer pink. turning once, drain and slice into 1/3 in coins.
In large bowl combine the eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. add the hash brown sausage, cheese , sweet red pepper and green onion's mix well.
Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. cover and refrigerate over night.
Remove from refrigerator for 30 minutes before baking.
Bake uncovered at 350º for 65 to 70 minutes or until set and golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Serve with salsa or picante if desired.
