2 10 oz pkg. frozen chopped spinach
3 cups herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 large onion, finely chopped, optional
6 eggs, beaten
3/4 cups melted butter
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 T. pepper
1 1/2 t. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and form into balls. Drain well. Refrigerate. Put on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
