1 cup Crisco
1cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
3 cups uncooked oats
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugars and Crisco.
Add eggs and vanilla and beat.
Add flour, salt and soda and mix.
Add oats and pecans and mix.

Make into long rolls, wrap in wax paper and foil and place in freezer.
When ready to bake cookies, slice and place on ungreased baking sheet.
Cook for 10-12 minutes in 350º oven.
