Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies Recipe

1 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups old-fashioned oats
1 2/3 cups butterscotch chips

Heat oven to 375'.
Combine the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in small bowl.
Cream the butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla together.
Gradually beat in the flour mixture. Stir in the oats and the butterscotch chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 7 - 8 minutes.
