1 1/2 c buttermilk cornmeal mix
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1/4 c oil
3/4 c buttermilk

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400

Pour oil in iron skillet to coat bottom and get skillet good and hot

Mix all ingredients and pour into hot skillet

Bake 18-20 minutes
