1-2 Acorn Squash
1/4 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp. Butter
1-2 Apples, cored & sliced
2 Tbsp. Raisins
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Cut squash in half and scoop out seeds. Place each half in center of a piece of foil big enough to completely cover. Sprinkle salt in each half. In skillet, melt butter and lightly saute apples and raisins. Add sugar and spices and fill each squash half with mixture. Wrap up completely in foil and bake at 350º for 45-55 minutes until tender.

You can freeze wrapped squash PRIOR to baking. When ready to serve, bake at 400º for 50-60 minutes.
