1 stick melted butter
1 c plain flour
1/2 c chopped nuts
2 tbsp sugar
2nd layer
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c sugar
9 oz cool whip
3rd layer
1 bx instant milk chocolate pudding
1 bx instant vanilla pudding
4th layer
9 oz cool whip for topping
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients for 1st layer well and put into 13x9 pan or baking dish. Bake 20 minutes at 350º. Set aside to cool.
Mix ingredients for 2nd layer and spread onto crust. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
Mix puddings for 3rd layer and spread over 2nd layer
Spread 9 oz cool whip for 4th layer

Refrigerate for 2-3 hours to thoroughly cool
