1 pound ground sirloin
1/4 cup Grape Seed Oil
1 cup onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
15 ounce can tomatoes, chopped
15 ounce can tomato sauce
6 ounce can tomato paste
1 cup water
1 Tablespoon basil
1 Tablespoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Please Note: do Not add salt to this sauce - instead, cook Spaghetti in Salty water.

Pour oil in a large 3.5 quart stainless steel saucepan skillet with cover. Brown beef and onions over medium heat. Stir in garlic and pour in the whole can of tomatoes with the liquid too. We like S&W Italian Recipe cut up tomatoes. We use Contadina tomato sauce and tomato paste because that's the kind Aunt Jo liked. Add the water and the remaining ingredients and stir until well blended. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Ladle on top of hot cooked Spaghetti.
