½. Cup Wesson Oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp soda
¼. tsp. salt
3 large apples, chopped

Topping
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
¼ cup

Directions:
Directions:

1. Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and vanilla. Beat three minutes.

2. Sift dry ingredients in and slowly beat to a cream mixture.

3. Fold in apples and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour in a tube pan.

Topping

1. Mix brown sugar, butter and milk.

2. Let come to a boil for 3 minutes.

3. Pour over cake.

4. Cool for 2 hours and remove from pan.
