2 lbs. lean ground beef or turkey
1 large onion, diced
½ cup beef broth
3 tsp. minced garlic
2 ½ cup water
⅓ cup.olive oil
2 (15oz) cans tomato sauce
2 (15oz) cans diced tomatoes
1 tbsp.. Italian seasoning
3 bay leaves
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
½t bsp. black pepper
2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
½ cup cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. Adobo seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pan, saute ground beef over medium high heat until half cooked. Remove from heat and drain. Return to pot.

Add garlic, onions, and olive oil. Cook until done.

Add water, broth, tomato sauce, tomatoes, Italian seasoning, bay leaves, seasoned salt, and Adobo seasoning, Mix well.

Lower heat and cover. All to cook 20 minutes, stirring occassionally.

Add uncooked macaroni. Stir until combined.

Cover and allow to cook for 30 minutes.

Once cooked, remove Bay leaves. Add cheddar cheese and mix well.

Add Mozzarella right before serving.
