6-8 slices French Bread
1/4 cup Mayo
2 Tbsp. Honey Dijon Mustard
8 oz. Crabmeat (or shrimp)
Provolone or Mozzarella Cheese, slices

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat broiler. Place bread on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Combine mayo and mustard and spread on bread. Top with crabmeat and cover with a slice of cheese.

Broil for 1-2 minutes until cheese is bubbly and turn off broiler. Keep sandwiches in hot oven for 3-5 minutes longer.
