- 1 3/4 cups fully cooked ham, chopped into small pieces
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup parm
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp Greek seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup butter, melted

12 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 tbsp. dijon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut ham into bite sized pieces.
2. Combine ham, cheeses, flour and seasonings.
3. Spray a 13x9 inch baking dish and spread ham mixture evenly. Drizzle with melted butter.
4. Whisk eggs, milk, Dijon and pepper.
5. Pour over ham mixture.
6. Bake, uncovered for 30-35 mins.
