6-8 slices bacon
1 head fresh broccoli
1/4 - 1/2 c red onion
1/2 c raisins
3 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
1 c mayonnaise
1 c sunflower seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until desired consistency to crumble up for top of salad

Cut broccoli into bite size pieces adding in onion and raisins In a small bowl whisk together the vinegar, sugar and mayonnaise. Pour over broccoli mixture and toss until well mixed. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Right before serving, toss salad to stir up dressing, then add bacon and sunflower seeds.

You can also use prepared slaw dressing. The 3 ingredients used here for dressing are what Mom always used for her slaw!
