Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground sausage
3 c. Bisquick
4 c. shredded cheese
⅛ tbsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

2. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

3. Combine all the ingredients in a large glass bowl, mixing well by hand. For a kick, use spicy sausage. The mixture is crumbly but form it into 1 inch balls. Squeeze the mixture so that it holds together, and roll it between the palms of the hands.

4. Place each formed ball on the baking sheet, and bake for 18-20 minutes or until the balls brown. To prevent the balls from sticking to the baking sheet, move them with a spatula after 9 to 10 minutes.

5. To make a dip, thoroughly mix 1 cup of mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon mustard.
