4 large cabbage leaves
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. sour cream
2 t. kosher salt
2 T. butter
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
1 t. paprika
1/4 t. allspice
pinch of pepper
2 T. tomato paste

Tomato Sauce:
2 c. canned tomatoes
1 c. beef broth
1 t. kosher salt
1 bay leaf
pinch of pepper
3-4 c. tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Boil cabbage leaves for 4 minutes. Strain under cold water. Fill and roll leaves with hamburger filling about 1/3 c. Heat a dutch oven and arrange cabbage in the pan and pour tomato sauce mixture over cabbage. Cover and simmer cabbage over medium-low heat for 45 minutes.
