2-3 lb boneless pork shoulder, trim fat
Kosher salt and pepper
1/2 t. Garlic powder
1/2 t. Red pepper flakes
1/3 c. Chicken broth
1/3 c. Balsamic vinegar
1-2 T. Worchestershire sauce
1 T. Honey
Rosemary sprig

Slow cooker high 4-6 hours or low 8-10 hours.
Remove pork and shred and remove excess fat.
Strain liquid and add it back to slow cooker and reduce by half. Add meat back to cooker with the reduced liquid.

I like this with the steam roasted veggies.
Leftovers great in quesadilla with charred onions, peppers, cheese. Or as a hash. Or in a grilled cheese.
