Salad:
Spring Lettuce Mix
Cherry Tomatoes
Mushrooms
Pine Nuts

Dressing:
1/3 c. oil
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
Pinch of black pepper
1 cube of garlic

Marinade:
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
1/4 c. honey
1/2 tsp. thyme
5 cubes of garlic
pinch of black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the ingredients for the marinade, and marinade the mushrooms overnight. When ready grill them.
When ready to serve add to the salad and toss with the dressing.
