2 packages of sliced portabella mushrooms
2 tsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 cubes of garlic
1/2 tsp. oregano

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan, combine the oil, red wine vinegar, soy sauce,oregano, balsamic vinegar, and garlic and bring to a boil.
Lower the flame and add the mushrooms. Let simmer for a few minutes.

Personal Notes:
This is a good sauce by itself or on top of a salad. For a salad, add to lettuce and use salt, pepper, and olive oil as dressing.
