Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 quarts (64 oz.) of apple cider
1/4 C brown sugar
1/2 tsp. all spice
1 tsp. whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1/4 tsp. salt
pinch of ground nutmeg
1 larger orange, quartered with peel left on

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a sauce pan and cook for quite awhile (at least 2 hrs.). Place another cinnamon stick in each mug when serving.
I kept this on the stove most all afternoon, thinking the flavors would have a lot of time to "blend".

This recipe can also be made in your coffee brewer. Place all dry ingredients in the coffee filter and fill the water reservoir with the apple cider. Brew as you would your coffee. I didn't do this, as I wasn't sure how clean I could get the coffee maker, so as not to taste the cider in my next cup of coffee. I also felt I could keep it hotter for a longer period of time if in the sauce pan on the stove. People could help themselves whenever.
