2 tbsps Canola Vegetable Oil
1 cup Mushroom Pieces and Stems
3/4 tbsp Ginger
1 cup chopped Celery
2 tbsps Toasted Sesame Oil
1 1/2 lbs Shrimp
3 tbsps Tamari Soybean Sauce
3/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 1/2 tsps Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a large heavy skillet or wok over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.
Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add mushrooms, celery and toasted sesame oil and stir-fry for an additional 30 seconds.
Add shrimp, Tamari and red pepper flakes (amount is optional depending upon your desire for hot/spicy flavor). Stir-fry until shrimp are pink and slightly curled; about 3-4 minutes. Serve immediately.
