1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked white rice
1/2 c. water
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 can tomato sauce, 15 oz.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix the ground beef, rice, water, onion, and all the seasonings together. Make meatballs out of the mixture. Place the meatballs in a baking pan and cover with the tomato sauce. Bake in the oven, covered, for about 45 minutes or until the meatballs are no longer pink in the middle.
