8 lbs. pears (after peeled)
1 large can crushed pineapple
4 lbs. sugar
1 lb. dried apricots
3 lemons

Directions:
Directions:
Grind pears, apricots, and lemons, peeling included. Mix well and add sugar. Cook very slowly until thick.
