3 eggs
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt

3 cups chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together.
Kneed well.
Roll out thin.
Roll the thin circle into a scroll.
Cut scroll into 1" strips.
Unscroll into a bowl.
Coat with flour.
Let set for a while to dry.
Drop a few at a time, into boiling chicken broth. Stir while adding the noodles.
Cook uncovered for 20 minutes, or until the noodles aren't gooey, at an almost boil.

This is Grandma Susie's noodle recipe. I can remember setting in her kitchen and watching her make noodles for Thanksgiving and Christmas. This special dish was a treat to eat.
