2lbs. boneless/skinless chicken breasts

1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2Tbsp. dried Parsley
3 tsp.dried Rosemary
1 tsp. dried Thyme
1 tsp. dried Sage
5 cloves of fresh garlic minced

Directions:
Directions:
In a large non-porous bowl combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar parsley, rosemary, thyme, sage and garlic and stir until well-blended.
Salt and pepper both sides of the chicken and put into the marinade. Cover the dish and refrigerate at least two hours (up to 24 hrs).
Preheat grill to medium heat or set oven to broil. Remove chicken and discard marinade. Grill or broil for 5-6 minutes on a side until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside.
