2 (10 oz) cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups Chicken mix (or cubed)
4 cups cooked long-grain rice
1 can chow mein noodles
3 medium tomatoes, sliced
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup and broth in a medium pan for the gravy. Stir to blend, while heating. Add Chicken and simmer 8-10 minutes.

Let everyone layer whatever they want to create their own stack.
