4 large green peppers
1 lb lean ground Chuck
1 small onion, chopped
2 cups cooked rice
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
celery,chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut out stems and seeds, discard. In skillet, brown ground chuck and onion until tender. Add remaining ingredients mix well. Stuffed peppers place in a 13 by 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
