16 oz. bag or box of medium shells
1 c. shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 c. shredded Mozerella Cheese
1 /2 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 package or frozen box chopped spinach
1 egg
1/4 c. Vegetable or canola oil
1 jar pasta sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 baking dish (Pam/any cooking spray). Boil pasta shells according to directions on box. Drain pasta once cooked.

Thaw frozen chopped spinach in microwave 4 minutes on each side. Drain water from thawed chopped spinach.

Combine egg and oil and whisk in large bowl. Add pasta shells to bowl and toss with egg/oil mixture. Add cheese and chopped spinach to pasta and mix together. Pour in 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour jar of pasta sauce over the pasta spinach and cheese mixture and spread evenly. Cover with Foil.

Bake 30 minutes.
