2 cups self rising flour / 2 cups sugar 》set aside

2 sticks margarine
4 Tbsp Cocoa
1 cup water
2 eggs
1 tsp soda
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
Icing:
1 stick margarine
4 Tbsp
6 Tbsp milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Cake:
In a saucepan melt 2 sticks of margarine, 4 Tbsp cocoa 1 cup of water and bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly. Add to the flour and sugar mixture, mix thoroughly. Add 2 eggs, 1 tsp soda, 1/2 cup buttermilk 1 tsp vanilla - mix for about 5 minutes. Spray 13 by 9 cake pan. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
Icing:
In the same sauce pan add one stick of margarine, 4 Tbsp cocoa, 6 Tbsp milk. Bring to a boil, stir constantly to keep from sticking. Add one box powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, beat until smooth. Pour over hot cake.
