1 lb ground turkey
chopped onions
garlic salt
salt & pepper
red pepper-flakes

Breading:
Flour
1 egg
Breadcrumbs
Directions:
Directions:
Mix turkey, onions and seasonings together. Patty meat. Put flour and some pepper in an empty container. Put breadcrumbs in separate container.
Bread patty's as follows: Flour, breadcrumbs, eggs, flour, breadcrumbs.
Fry in skillet with a little butter
