Dough:
2 cups milk
1 cube butter
4 TBSP yeast, dissolved in one cup warm water
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 cup mashed potatoes
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
7 cups flour

Filling:
1/4 butter
1 cup white sugar
4 tsp cinnamon

Frosting:
1 cube softened butter
1/2 pkg powdered sugar
1 tsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 400º

Heat milk and butter until butter is melted and pour into a large mixing bowl.
Add sugar, salt, potatoes, eggs and 3 cups flour. Mix together.
Then add yeast and mix well.
Then add remaining 4 cups of flour.

Let dough rise until doubled. Roll into a rectangle about 24x8 and 1-1.5 inches thick.

Spread on top of dough:
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup white sugar
4 tsp cinnamon
Raisins, cran-raisins or nuts (optional)

Roll up dough and slice

Let raise 1 hour.

Frosting Mix:
1 cube softened butter
1/2 pkg powdered sugar, milk and vanilla.

Bake for 10-12 minutes.

While still warm frost.
