2-3 lb beef roast
2 packages Au Jus
1-1/2 c water
1 onion
Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in crock pot for 6-7 hours. Slice the onion and add after 3 hours.
Shred meat with fork. Spoon over hard rolls and serve with juices
