Ingredients:  
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (or 1 cream of mushroom and 1 cream of chicken)
2 cans of water
1 pkg lipton dry onion soup mix
handfull of dry onions
1 cup uncooked long rice
4 chicken breasts or pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 325

Mix cream soup, water, onions and lipton soup mix.
Pour 1/2 into bottom of pan.
Sprinkle uncooked rice into pan.
Place uncooked chicken on top of rice.
Pour remainder of soup mix over chicken.

Bake uncovered for 2 hours.
