1/2 cop Chopped onions
2 Tbsp chopped celery
1 cup water
1 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dry mustard
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp hot pepper or 1/2 tsp pepper sauce

Melt butter in skillet add onion, celery. Cook until tender and brown Add next all remaining ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes

Enough sauce for 4 Ibs of spareribs
