1 Egg Per Person
1 T. Milnot per egg
1-2 tsp. salt
3-4 C. flour (more or less depending on how much liquid was added)
Broth flavor of choice

Directions:
Beat egg, milnot, & salt together. Add flour, 1 cup at a time until the dough is stiff, mix with wooden spoon. Turn out onto floured surface and knead, adding more flour until dough is no longer sticky. Roll out until dough is a thin as possible, aiming for the thickness of a sheet of paper. Roll, cut noodles as thin as possible. Bring broth to a boil. Slowly add noodles a bit at a time, stirring and lifting noodles with fork to prevent sticking. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer. Simmer until noodles taste done.
