14.5 oz chicken broth
1/2 C wild rice
1 C mushrooms
1/2 C slivered almonds
1/4 C celery
1 Clove garlic
salt and pepper
1/2 C water
1/2 C brown rice
1/2 C (2 oz) cheddar cheese
1/4 C chopped onion
1/4 C green pepper
1/4 C margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Run cold water over wild rice in a strainer for one minute. In a two-quart casserole dish stir in all ingredients
Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours
bake uncovered for 30 additional minutes
