1 lb steak cut in 3/4 inch cubes
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup canned mushrooms( drained-keep liquid)
1 cup sour cream
1 can condensed tomato soup
6 to 8 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
dash pepper
7 oz package spaghetti, cooked
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dip meat in flour, brown in olive oil. Add onion, garlic and mushrooms. Combine sour cream, tomato soup, mushroom liquid and seasonings. Pour over meat. Simmer until tender- about 1 hour. Serve over spaghetti or rice. Top with grated Parmesan.
