6 whole chickens, cut into pieces
1 pkg. chicken breast
3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. salt (I use less)
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 lb. unsalted butter
4 1/2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk powder

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken in water; coat with mixture of flour and seasonings. Put skin side down into baking dish. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Mix water and milk powder; pour around chicken. Bake 1 1/4 hours more or until chicken is tender.
