Ingredients:  
Pork round 2-3 lbs.
one onion
1/4 C apple cider vinegar
1 T siracha sauce
2 T paprika
1 T cinnamon ground
1/4 apple juice or water

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion and place in bottom of Crock pot
Add pork Round to crock pot
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over pork
cook on low for 9hrs.
Pull pork apart in crockpot and mix around
simmer in crock pot for one more hour.

Serve on buns or bread with cheese and BBQ sauce
