1 head cabbage
1-2lbs ground beef, browned and drained
1 large onion
2-3 stalks celery chopped
2 cans chili beans with liquid
1 28oz. can whole tomatoes
1 med can v-8 juice
1/2 C ketchup
4 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T sugar
Salt, pepper Chili powder to taste

Simmer all ingredients for 30min. Add chopped cabbage. simmer 1hr or until tender. add water as necessary.
