Whole chicken
2 cups self rising flour
1 Tbsp oil
Water
Salt and pepper
3 chicken bullion cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Make dough 1st. Mix flour, oil and enough water to make dough. Refrigerate to set. Put chicken in a 2 quart pot, cover 3/4 with water, add bullion cubes. Bring to a boil, cook til done, 25-30 minutes . Remove chicken from water (keep the water to cook the dmplings), remove chicken from the bones.
Now its time to make the dumplings...Bring water to a boil. Drop pinches if dough into the water. Reduce to medium heat and cook until dumplings are done, 15-20 minutes. Add chicken , season to taste.
