Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. canola oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites
1 large egg
2 2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. semisweet chocolate mini chips

Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl, beat until smooth. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in small bowl and whisk. Add flour mixture to peanut butter mixture, stirring until combined. Stir in mini chips. Drop dough by tablespoons, 2" apart. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack. 3 dozen.
