1 box yellow cake mix

Icing
2 c sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c milk
2 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Mix icing ingredients together in sauce pan and bring to a boil. Poke holes in cake and pour icing over cake. Serve warm.
