3 c meal
4 eggs
1 onion
8 oz cheddar cheese
1 can cream corn
1/2 c oil
1 1/2 c milk
2 to 3 jalapeno peppers (diced)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and place in 2 greased and meal-dusted black skillets. Bake at 350 for approximately 40 minutes.
