2 cans (15 oz) black beans
2 cans (8 oz) shoe peg corn
1 large red onion
1 green pepper
2 to 3 c fresh tomatoes
1/4 c cilantro
1 large bottle italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and rinse beans and corn. Hand chop onions, pepper, tomatoes, and cilantro. Mix above with Italian dressing in large bowl. You can adjust any ingredients to taste. Will keep up to 1 month in refrigerator.

Serve with tortilla chips.
