1 medium onion (diced)
2 lb ground beef
2 can chili hot beans
1 can green chilies
1 can mexi corn
1 can shoe peg corn
1 can mexican style stewed tomatoes
2 cans regular style stewed tomatoes
1 can rotel
1 pack taco seasoning mix
1 pack hidden valley ranch mix

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion together and drain. Add all ingredients in large pot and cook together for 1 to 2 hours. Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese, and tortilla chips.
