3 (6-oz.) packages milk chocolate chips
1 (14-oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
Dash of salt
1/2 - 1 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
1) In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt.
2) Remove from heat; stir in nuts and vanilla.
3) Spread evenly into a parchment paper lined 8- or 9-inch square pan.
4) Chill about 2 hrs. or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off parchment paper and cut into squares.
5) Store loosely covered at room temperature. Or, in freezer.
